Blue Cheese, Prosciutto & Rocket Bruschetta

This bruschetta is really fresh and good and quick to make. We made with arugula and toasted walnut pieces that we had on hand, and the results were delicious. We had it for dinner, and it would be a great lunch too. The full recipe will be in the upcoming Savoring the Shore cookbook.
