A delicious and easy way to celebrate the season's bounty of fresh, sweet cherries is with Chef Michel Richard's Cherry Clafoutis. Chef Richard is a James Beard award winning chef who has also cooked/baked with Julia Child. These little dishes of heaven are filled with cherries baked in a batter and dusted lightly with powdered sugar. Yum! The recipe will appear in its entirety in the Savoring the Shore fundraising cookbook, all proceeds to NJ Sandy recovery. We are so grateful to you Chef Richard for participating!
