We're rounding out official summer with a celebration of grilling with Top Chef Masters competitor Chef David Burke's delightful recipe "Whole Grilled Salmon with Grilled Vegetables and Tomato Vinaigrette." We have to say the results were even more delicious than the grill photo suggests. The salmon fillets were fresh and succulent splashed with olive oil and fresh parsley, nested alongside grilled New Jersey sweet corn, asparagus and cippolini onions, drizzled with tomato vinaigrette. The complete recipe will appear in the Savoring the Shore fundraising cookbook, all proceeds to NJ Sandy recovery. Please stay tuned for publication information!
