This Fresh Blueberry Pie is our family's favorite dessert for the Fourth of July. We are personally submitting it to the Savoring the Shore cookbook, and it comes by way of our special friend Terry who is an excellent home cook. It also has to be about the easiest pie you'll ever make.
Start by boiling up some blueberries with sugar and water.
Thicken.
Pour into a baked pie crust and refrigerate. Top with fresh made whipped cream before serving. May be garnished with fresh raspberries or strawberries for a holiday touch. Yum and Happy Fourth of July to all!
