This is an elegant appetizer by Chef Peter Morris (soon-to-be of 'Beat Bobby Flay' fame) is easy enough to put together, full of flavor, and sure to please any crowd. The shrimp is complemented by the tartness and texture of pomegranate, by the spice of the curry and the earthy shiitake.
