“I use this rub for EVERYTHING going on the grill.  It's great on Ribeye or NY Strip steaks. I've used it on pork chops, chicken and even cedar plank salmon. My favorite application though is as a rub for St. Louis ribs before smoking them. Keep in mind though, the recipe makes a decent amount of rub so you'll want to store it in an airtight container.”
