The Hell's Kitchen Season 11 Finale is Thursday night July 25 on Fox and we are grateful to four of this season's chefs (Chefs Barret Beyer, Amanda Giblin, Jessica Lewis, and Jacqueline Baldassari) and Chef Justin Antiorio of Season 10 for their contributions to the Savoring the Shore fundraising cookbook.
This delightful crab cake recipe was Chef Justin's signature dish on Season 10. It features luscious fresh crab, a jalapeno kick and a crust made from a fun secret ingredient. Does anything say best of shore food like a yummy crab cake?!
